First time ordering delivery pizza since moving in and they did awesome! Food hot and tasty! My delivery driver Benjamin was nice and read my order as he was taking items out hot bag.
It was the rudest strangest experience I have ever had. I ordered a pizza curbside pick up. When I ordered the pizza I received promptly a text requesting I reply to the text with here when I arrived. I replied here and waited 7 minutes before I went inside the store to get the pizza. A very rude young man slid over a cold pizza to me without an apology or explanation dismissing me. As he was running away I asked about the 2 minute guarantee. He said I did not let him know that I was here. I showed him the text message with the the instructions and the time I replied. He said I didn't do it right again. I asked if he could make this pizza free he said I can't. I was trying to respond when he abruptly ran to the back and out came the loudest rudest man I have ever delt with. He also told me that I did respond correctly even after I showed him the text and told me he is not going to make this pizza free. I started to tell him what another did when he told me to get the hell out of here. I said it would nice if one of them had at least apologized when he said "what are you going to do beat me up over a pizza?" as I was leaving. Again he said get the hell out of the stare as I was leaving and the door was closing behind me. I left with the cold by now pizza. It was so odd. I was calm and not aggressive or argumentative. I would at the very least like an apology from the 2 of them.
My pizza was good, I love this combo , I got that promo code from a reel, and it worked
The service and food quality at this location are good enough; I take issue with changes made by the company as a whole. The last time I called an order in on the phone it had been outsourced to a non-native English speaker. Very much of a hassle, with lots of potential for misunderstanding, and additionally I had to wait while it was verified that they could deliver to my address which is under a mile from the location. I get incessant advertisements in the mail from Domino's yet can never find a current list of prices nor an accurate selection of available toppings. They discontinued anchovies (I know many people are repulsed but check it out: anchovies are a traditional topping in Naples, the birthplace of pizza)... then they discontinued red peppers... what next? They also do not offer any marinara sauce with their cheesy bread. Simple things such as these which make for bad business and simply do not make any sense. I've preferred this chain for decades over their competitors but at this point, I think I'm finished getting food from Domino's
I just moved into this neighborhood. I ordered my first pizza since moving from this Dominos location. I was worried they may not deliver to my 6th floor apartment. Not only did they deliver the order right to my door, they did it in a relatively short time. And the driver was courteous. And the pizza was delicious…..much better than the Dominos near my previous residence. They immediately have earned my business!
THE best Domino's location. I'm always greeted with a friendly welcome, they're always on time, and my food always comes out looking beautiful and tasting amazing!
HORRIBLE customer service I will never order from here ever again in my life. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened but the customer service recently has been awful.
So good and so much I saved my leftovers. But I miss the pasta bowls. I'll be back for more
